Accommodation

The Villas

 

We handpick only the perfect luxury villas or beach houses to host our Retreats.

 

We ensure that they have luxury, beautiful interiors. Big spaces for workouts and yoga. Epic views and scenery. Location quiet enough for the ultimate relaxing time, but close enough to enjoy incredible hikes, adventures and experiences the destination has to offer.

The Rooms

We always provide a few options for the type of room you’d prefer for the trip.

 

If you’re coming on your own, choose either a double bedroom to yourself for some privacy, or a shared room with another guest of the same gender (we information from each guest before the trip, so we can find your perfect room mate). If you’re coming with a partner or best friend, there’s a choice of spacious doubles and master doubles to choose from.

The People

The Guests

Epic Evolution have created an experience for like-minded people in their 20s-40s. Our guests tend to have an interest in travel, adventures, health or fitness, or a combination of all the above.

Most of our guests come on their own and then leave with new friends for life.

We plan every aspect of our Retreat, from the adventures to meal time, to encourage friendship, synergy, fun and an unforgettable experience. 

 

The Team

Our team will host your Retreat, organising every little detail from the food and tidying up, to the adventures and the activities.

 

Our Coaches and Instructors are all qualified, meaning their priorities are safety and learning. We make sure you have an epic time by giving you a range of new experiences.

The Workouts

We design and deliver a workout session twice a day.

From HIIT, boxercise and functional training, to yoga and PNF stretching, every session is designed to challenge you whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned pro.

 

Our yoga instructor provides immersive sessions along with breath-work and meditation sessions.

Don’t worry if you’re a yoga novice, you're in good hands.

The Adventures

We put on out the most epic adventures each destination has to offer.

 

From surfing or SUPing along a stunning coastline, and from skiing in the alps to quad biking over sand dunes, we gather local knowledge, tips and sometimes hire experts, to guarantee you the most incredible time.

 

There may be a small supplement for specific activities, which will be detailed on the destination page or in your booking welcome pack. 

The Food

We offer a range of options on each retreat. During our cornwall retreat, we offer a 3-day nutritious smoothie detox which will give you more than enough calories and nutrients to keep you going, we prepare, discuss and enjoy each smoothie together as a group (read our blog on the benefits of a smoothie detox).

During our overseas retreats, we take our own private chefs who will cook fresh, nutritious, delicious food that we’ll enjoy together as a group. We expect you to be working hard in the workouts, so we’ll make sure you have plenty of calories to refuel. We can cater to any dietary requirements, and we’ll get all this information from you before your trip.
